He whakamarama mo te turanga mahi | About the role 
 
We are looking for a fantastic CT MRT to join our growing team to work across the Wellington branches. In this role you will be part of a team leading the way with state-of-the-art scanners, you will be able to participate in the out of hours on call CT roster. This job will include working within the general x-ray team for part of the week. 
  
A day in the life of this role could look like: 
  • Producing high quality CT and General X-ray images according to company protocols and accepted radiology practices 
  • Performing post processing of CT images 
  • Recording required procedural information in the Radiology Information system 
  • Work with leading Radiologists as you utilise the latest technology and system

Ideally to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:  
  • Have excellent CT experience covering a range of examinations including interventional work 
  • Demonstrate diagnostic imaging of a high quality and in line with published imaging protocols 
  • Perform post processing of CT images 
  • Show a high level of patient care 
  • Provide exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Work unsupervised and as part of a team 
  • If your CT skills are still developing, we are happy to provide a safe environment for these to develop in.

For this opportunity you need to be currently registered with the New Zealand MRTB holding a current annual practicing certificate in the appropriate scope.
